Had fine experience, loved the service.
Its location just a short walk away from Royal William Yard was easy...

Location: the hotel was so close to the restaurants, many hiking trails in Greytown-a nicely restored 19thC main street, and cafes of Greytown. Popped in The Lord High Admiral for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue. We had a separate bedroom.

I had a great time in the studio suite, which was really well laid out, and I appreciated how convenient the location was, being close to shops and cafes.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a storage, a lounge area and blackout drapes. The location was favourable, at walking distance from an air museum. Further, it was near to Masterton, and the boutiques and cafes of Greytown.
Absolutely nothing.

This place always impresses us! The location is perfect for enjoying the Woodside Trail, and our unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the spa bath and the ample kitchen space. Plus, plenty of parking and beautiful oak trees outside add to the relaxing atmosphere.
Bathroom mold was concerning. Traffic noise in one room.

The value for money at Oak Estate was fantastic - we got a spacious suite that we could comfortably live in long term. The location was peaceful and surrounded by mature trees, and the staff, especially Katrina, were welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with thicker towels.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The rooms were well set out, with nice decor and furnishings. The kitchen had all the essentials in place, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the hotel's location on the outskirts of Greytown provided a peaceful atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to the town center.
No major issues were encountered during my stay.

The location of this property is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Situated just off State Highway 2, it's on the outskirts of a small town but still within a pleasant walking distance to the town centre. the reception staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any queries.
The chairs provided in the room could be more comfortable or additional chair can be included.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Greytown! The location was perfect for us, allowing easy access to local cafes and supermarkets just a short drive away. The hotel itself was surrounded by beautiful autumn-leaved trees, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The spacious studio room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and a good shower in the bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficient electric heater that kept us warm throughout our stay. The blackout curtains allowed us to enjoy a well-deserved sleep-in. The staff here were exceptional, providing us with great hospitality and making us feel right at home. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our own meals. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were also a bonus, keeping us entertained during downtime. The hotel also offered leisure facilities like a BBQ area and a garden, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this place for its luxurious comfort and quality services.
This hotel is recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
